{"id":4039,"date":"2020-07-31T17:23:25","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T16:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cerakote.co.uk\/?page_id=4039"},"modified":"2020-07-31T17:23:25","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T16:23:25","slug":"do-i-really-need-to-wear-gloves-during-the-cerakote-process","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cerakotesa.com\/it\/knowledge-base\/do-i-really-need-to-wear-gloves-during-the-cerakote-process\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c8 davvero necessario indossare guanti durante il processo Cerakote?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u00c8 davvero necessario indossare guanti durante il processo Cerakote?<\/h2>\n<h3>QUANDO DEVO INDOSSARE GUANTI IN LATTICE O NITRILE SENZA POLVERE?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contaminazione: quando si applicano i prodotti Cerakote si vuole sempre lavorare su un substrato pulito; indossare guanti in lattice o in nitrile assicura che i pezzi non vengano contaminati durante il processo di applicazione.<\/li>\n<li>\nSicurezza: si raccomanda di utilizzare sempre i DPI adeguati quando si lavora con il Cerakote; i guanti in lattice e nitrile proteggeranno le mani da qualsiasi rivestimento e solvente di pulizia.<\/li>\n<p><\/uk><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c8 necessario indossare guanti in lattice o nitrile privi di polvere a partire dalla Fase 2: Sgrassaggio, fino alla Fase 8: Programma di polimerizzazione.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le nostre mani trasportano oli e contaminanti che si trasferiscono sulla superficie dei pezzi da rivestire. Se si maneggiano i pezzi a mani nude in qualsiasi momento tra lo sgrassaggio e l'indurimento a fiamma viva, si possono lasciare impronte digitali, oli o altri difetti superficiali sul prodotto finito.<\/p>\n<p>Un'idea sbagliata comune \u00e8 che sia necessario indossare i guanti quando si maneggiano i pezzi finch\u00e9 il Cerakote non \u00e8 completamente indurito. Non \u00e8 vero! Una volta che il Cerakote \u00e8 diventato privo di appiccicosit\u00e0 dalla fase di polimerizzazione flash, non \u00e8 necessario indossare i guanti quando si maneggiano i pezzi. <strong>Prestare attenzione nel maneggiare parti non completamente polimerizzate.<\/strong>La finitura sar\u00e0 soggetta a graffi o segni.
