I colori metallizzati sono pi\u00f9 soggetti a questo problema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effetto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il solvent pop si verifica quando lo strato pi\u00f9 esterno del rivestimento si indurisce prima che tutti i solventi siano stati gassati o evaporati. Ci\u00f2 costringe i gas ad attraversare lo strato superiore della finitura e crea il solvent pop o un effetto simile alla formazione di bolle.<\/p>\n<p>Se si verifica il solvent pop, di solito lo si nota entro un'ora circa dall'applicazione. Il solvent pop si presenta come piccole bolle sotto il rivestimento o bolle. Per risolvere il problema, \u00e8 necessario sabbiare nuovamente le parti, rimuovendo completamente la finitura esistente utilizzando una grana di ossido di alluminio o granato Sand #100. Quando il pezzo \u00e8 pronto per essere riverniciato, fare attenzione a non applicare il nuovo strato in modo troppo pesante. Ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 verificarsi anche se il Cerakote viene applicato troppo sottile, se la sua stabilit\u00e0 termica \u00e8 stata superata o se il profilo \u00e8 stato sabbiato male. Per ottenere prestazioni ottimali, Cerakote necessita di un profilo meccanico e di uno spessore del film adeguati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effetto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La sfaldatura o delaminazione si verifica quando il rivestimento si separa dal substrato.<\/p>\n<p>Lo sfaldamento del Cerakote si verifica solitamente quando viene esposto a temperature elevate o a temperature di esercizio. Per risolvere questo problema, \u00e8 necessario sabbiare nuovamente le parti, rimuovendo completamente la finitura esistente utilizzando una grana di ossido di alluminio o granato Sand #100.
